It is also the #1 cause of nursing home admissions. Unfortunately, half of all stroke victims have no warning signs before a stroke occurs. Life Line Screening will be at the South Iredell Senior Center providing the following screenings: Stroke Screening/ Carotid Artery, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening, Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Screening, and Osteoporosis Screening. If you like, join the group in a game of billiards or enjoy watching the woodcarvers as the make beautiful art out of a simple piece of wood.
